Twin Falls (KMVT)- A former Wal-Mart assistant store manager was arraigned in district court on theft charges. Patrick Dee Howard is accused of taking $100,000 from the store safe. According to Twin Falls Police he had flown from Utah to Florida. He was later arrested and brought back to Idaho. He is facing one count of grand theft.
