Local Man Pled Guilty To 2nd Degree Murder
A local man has pled guilty to second degree murder in connection to the shooting death of a Filer man last year.
31-year old Jeremy Clayton Johnston was originally charged with first degree murder and conspiracy to commit murder for the killing of Leland Joe Hoshaw in November.
According to prosecuting attorney Grant Lobes, yesterday in court Johnston pled guilty to second degree murder.
In exchange the first degree murder charge was amended and the conspiracy to commit murder charge was dropped.
Johnston is schedule to be sentenced august 22nd.
