A Gooding County inmate who has escaped the jail three times is back behind bars tonight.
At around 2 A.M. this morning Twin Falls County sheriff's deputies arrested Scott Holmes in the South Hills.
According to Gooding County Sheriff Shaun Gough they received a tip from a Kimberly man who said he saw someone who looked like Holmes collecting wood.
The man was able to get a license plate number off the car Holmes was driving.
Authorities were able to match the plates to a stolen vehicle in Jerome County.
Earlier this morning sheriff's officials found Holmes asleep at a campground.
Sheriff Gough says Holmes was with two girls, one 18 and the other 15 years old.
Gough says Holmes picked up the two hitch hikers in Burley.
Holmes is currently in the Twin Falls county jail and will be arraigned Monday.
