Update On Four People Charged In Connection To Local Murder
A year ago in September - the body of 18 year old Dale Miller was found in a barrel in a Twin Falls garage.
Two months ago - Cameron Watts of Gooding pled guilty to first degree murder in the death of Dale Miller of Twin Falls in September of last year.
The sentencing for Watts is set for nine a-m this Friday.
Just over a month ago - 30 year old Bobbi Woolsey of Twin Falls was arrested at a motel on Kimberly road - where police found drugs in her room.
Woolsey’s trial for allegedly making false statements to police about miller's death - is scheduled to begin January seventh.
32 year old John Henry McElhiney of Hailey first pled guilty to first degree murder in July - and then decided to change his plea later that month.
McElhiney got a new attorney in September - and a hearing will be held at ten a-m January 23-rd on a motion to withdraw.
McElhiney could go to trial in February.
In September 2007 - 27 year old Rachel Madrid of Twin Falls was charged with burglary.
Court records say that Madrid accompanied Watts and McElhiney to Miller's apartment - and helped them transport miller's personal items to Madrid’s apartment.
In October of this year - she pled not guilty.
Madrid’s trial is scheduled to begin on March 31st.
