Ramirez Enters Not Guilty

A man accused of beating and robbing another man entered a not guilty plea this morning.
Ramiro Ramirez Ramirez is facing 3 charged. One aiding and abetting robbery with a weapons enhancement for using a screw driver.
He could face up to life plus 15 years in prison on those charges.
The second is aiding abetting aggravated battery with a weapons enhancement for again allegedly using a screw driver.
He faces a 45 years behind bars on that charge.
And last Ramirez is also charged with grand theft.
This all stems from a May incident involving two other men that allegedly beat and stabbed a Buhl man in Twin Falls and stole the man’s car.
Ramirez had requested a bond reduction which was denied by judge randy stoker because Ramirez posses a flight risk.
