A 45 year old Rupert resident charged with attempted murder, two counts of aggravated assault, robbery with a deadly weapon, and grand theft, has waived his right to a preliminary hearing and been bound over to district court.
David James Prano and two other people are accusing of robbing a victim who thought he was purchasing a used ATV.
Police say at the time of the robbery a vehicle not connected to the incident was passing through the location and several shots were fired at it.
The occupants of the vehicle weren't harmed.
An arraignment date has yet to be set for Prano.
Also believed to have been involved in the same incident in Cassia County— a 40–year old Rupert resident has waived his right to a preliminary hearing.
Kenneth Alexander Kaiser, junior faces a total of ten charges.
Kaiser is believed to be one of two accomplices who were involved with David Prano in an incident which happened on June 15Th.
Cassia County Sheriff's officials are trying to identify a third suspect – who is believed to be a Hispanic around 30 years old.
