Car Wash for Scout Project

Twin Falls

By R. Giffoni

Eagle Scouts took advantage of the beautiful day in Twin Falls, to raise money through a car wash.
From noon to three this afternoon, Troop 68 scouts washed cars off of Filer Avenue – and were only asking for a 'free will' donation.
The money earned is going toward
17–year–old Justin Rast's Eagle Scout project.
"I’m going to build recycling centers for Camp Perkins. There’s going to be three recycling centers, and I’m going to be getting money to buy trash cans and hinges. Pacific Steel donated steel for it, so i just got to get the rest of the stuff finished.
Camp Perkins is a Lutheran summer camp in the Sawtooth Mountains.
Justin has worked at the camp, and noticed they need recycling centers.
