The purpose of our Community Connection interviews is to help individuals and organizations promote community events and causes. In order to do this, we invite members of our community to take part in live interviews on our morning and noon newscasts.  These interviews last between four and five minutes long and we invite our guests to make their interviews as hands-on as possible, whether it be through demonstrations, cooking, performances, etc. These interviews are your opportunity to shine, and to share your event with the community in a lively and entertaining way.

 

Between the Community Connection segments aired on Rise and Shine and KMVT’s News at Noon, we offer a total of nine interview segments per week. To be considered for a Community Connection interview, please follow the link to the request form. You must submit this form, in its entirety, to riseandshine@kmvt.com. We will then review these submissions weekly and schedule your interview two to four weeks prior to the date you would like to like to appear on one of the shows. Although we keep your date and time preferences in mind, we cannot guarantee that your interview will fall on one of your top three date choices. However, we do our best to select relevant interviewees in a timely fashion based on the information you provide to us.
