Teen killer's ex-boyfriend guilty on drug charge

HAILEY, Idaho (AP) _ The former boyfriend of a central Idaho
teen convicted of murdering her parents in 2003 has pleaded guilty
to selling methamphetamine in Blaine County.

Twenty-seven-year-old Bruno Santos made the plea on Tuesday in
5th District Court. He faces a minimum sentence of 5 years and
maximum of life in prison, the Idaho Mountain Express reports.

Santos was charged in June after police say he sold a half-pound
of methamphetamine to an undercover Idaho State Police detective in
Hailey on May 14.

Santos was once a suspect in the 2003 slayings of Alan and Diane
Johnson but was cleared.

Sarah Johnson, 16 at the time, was subsequently convicted of two
counts of first-degree murder and is serving two life prison
sentences without parole.
