Sotomayor leads ISP on chase, now facing grand theft charges
An 18-year old Utah resident is facing charges of grand theft and attempting to elude a police officer, in Minidoka County 5th District Court.
Joshua Andrew Sotomayor allegedly refused to pull over during a traffic stop, and led an Idaho State Police officer on a high speed chase. Sotomayor was driving a car believed to have been stolen in Utah. He also faces a charge of driving without privileges. Comments ( |
