Kia L. Scruggs, daughter of Wayne and Sharon Scruggs of Twin Falls was recently promoted to Sgt. She is currently stationed in Ft. Bragg N.C., Charlie Co. 9th Psychological Operation Battalion 4th Psychological Operation Group. She recently returned from a 9 month tour in Afghanistan. Kia is a 2006 graduate of Twin Falls Senior High School.
