Joe is in the Navy reserves. This is the second time he has been ativated for Duty. The first being when 9-11 happened. The second time in 2008 to current. He was recruited to replace an army physician who was over in Iraq for a very long time, but was not able to come home, because of lack of personal. I feel he has put his life, practice , etc. on hold so that one person might have a little bit of home time. His tour has lasted longer than I think all had expected. I think he should be recognized for this.
