Master Gunnery Sergeant Dustin Whiteley has been in the US Marines since he graduated from Wendell High School in 1990. He is presently serving in Kuwait coordinating the removal of our troops and equipment from Iraq. He has served tours in Afghanistan, Korea, Australia, Thailand and the Philippines,just to name a few. He was involved in the relief effort for the people of Myanmar. His duty station is Okinawa Japan where his wife and 2 daughters await his return from Kuwait. They will then return to the United States where he will serve in South Carolina until his retirement in Dec. 2010. His parents are Billy and Shirley Anderson of Shoshone and Dusty Whiteley of Mountain Home. He has a sister, Misti Anderson and a brother, Rocky Anderson in the area.
