Francis T. Payne
Francis joined the United States Marine Corps after graduating Twin Falls High School in June of 2000. He served for 9 years while being stationed in the country of Japan a couple times, the southeastern US, the USS Essex, and did a stint in Iraq in 2004. He is now a student at the College of Southern Idaho and is enjoying spending time with his wife and three children along with being back home in Twin Falls.
