Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) - A brand new home is being built in the Morning Sun Subdivision in Twin Falls.

KMVT News has teamed up with Lance LeBaron Homes to create a beautiful home.

"Insulation is important. It helps keep your heating and cooling costs down. It protects the home from the noise,” Lance LeBaron, Lance LeBaron Homes.

"We are putting an R21 in the walls. The 50 Cellulose is American–made in Utah. It's recycled. The fiberglass we put in the walls is made in California. It's 35 percent recycled product. We use a lot of recycled product. Our job is to make sure they are snug as a bug in a rug,” said Chris Clayville, Clayville Insulation.

“I put in the R50 in the attic. We over insulate the attics. R30 is all that is required. We insulate our interior walls for a noise barrier,” said LeBaron.
