Free Learn to Ski Day Draws Hundreds to Pomerelle

ALBION, Idaho (KMVT-TV) - More than 100 first-time skiers and snowboarders gathered at Pomerelle Mountain Saturday for the annual 'Learn to Ski for Free' Day.

Resort officials say even through Mother Nature didn't cooperate by bringing snow for the event, the slopes were groomed to perfection.

Those who participated received an hour and a half long lesson, rental and magic carpet lift ticket--all at no cost to them.
