No jail time for woman accused of embezzeling thousands
GOODING COUNTY, (KMVT-TV) A Bliss woman accused of taking approximately 24 thousand dollars was sentenced this morning in a Gooding County court room.
Judge John Butler sentenced 51 year old Leslie Jones to 2 years of supervised probation. Jones is accused of taking the money while working as a treasurer for the Malad Estates Homeowners' Association. Jones has since repaid the entire 24 thousand dollars to the association.
