Paving Project Underway In Eastern Lincoln County
Lincoln County, Idaho (KMVT-TV) A roadway resurfacing project on highway 24 in eastern lincoln county has begun.
Crews will fill ruts in the road with a scrub coat, followed by an asphalt overlay between Minidoka County line and Sids Road.
The construction distance is 12.5 miles and is expected to last for three weeks.
"We are seeing a simple pilot car flagger operation so there is going to be a 10-15 minute delays on the roadway while doing the paving operation” said Nathan Jerke, P.I.O. Idaho Transportation.
The paving project cost more than 3-million dollars.
