Twin Falls Police Arrest Woman After She Runs From A Traffic Stop

Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Police in Twin Falls arrested a 21 year old female after she attempted to run from authorities this morning. At 10:52am, police attempted to stop a car near 6th and Wall Street. When the vehicle pulled over, the driver jumped out and police began a foot pursuit. Jessica P. Thomas 21, was eventually arrested in the 300 block of Wall Street at 11:19am. Coincidentally, the Twin Falls County Sheriff’s office had listed Jessica Paige Thomas on the most wanted list earlier today. Twin Falls Police Lt. Craig Stotts said Thomas has been charged with possession of meth, felony eluding and had an outstanding warrant on a meth probation violation. In addition she has been charged with resisting and obstructing police, providing false information, driving without privileges, possession of a scheduled 4 narcotic, possession of drug paraphernalia and no proof of insurance. Lt. Stotts said that a 21 year old male passenger in the vehicle at the time of the stop didn’t run or resist any officer command and wasn’t issued any charges.
