Body Of Drowning Victim Near Pillar Falls Recovered

Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) The Twin Falls County Sheriff’s office said today they, along with members from the Twin Falls and Jerome County Search and Rescue recovered the body of the Washington state man near Pillar Falls. Justice Kramer, 42 of Graham Washington was hiking with his daughter and her friend at Pillar Falls when he slipped off a rock and fell into the water late Saturday. Emergency crews responded by boat and pulled the other two hikers off the rock, and then began searching. Search and Rescue members conducted 35 hours of intensive searching, using the resources of 25 people, looking for the victim earlier this week. Through the Sheriff’s office in Twin Falls family members issued the following statement:
“Forty-two year old SSGT Justice N. Kramer, of Graham, Washington was found yesterday. Kramer served his country through 3 deployments, was a devoted father, brother, uncle, son, nephew and friend who was loved by many. His family wishes to thank all of those who have given of their time searching and praying in order to give his family closure.”
