UPDATE: Authorities Locate Missing Rupert Resident

UPDATE Thursday 12:45 PM - The Sheriff's office reports that they have found Nile. "He was found safe and is back home", according to officials.

Nile's son tells Idaho's First News that he was found near Milner Dam. He is safe with his family and recuperating from dehydration.

Nile was very thankful to be found.

Rupert, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - The Minidoka County Sheriff’s office say they are looking for a missing 73 year old Rupert resident. Chief Deputy Sheriff Dave Pinther said Nile Maricle has been missing for several weeks. The missing person drives a brown Toyota pickup with a camper shell on the back. According to a family member, he is known to take drives to the mountains or desert. If you spot Nile, you are asked to contact the Minidoka County Sheriff’s office at 434-2320
