Ketchum City Administrator Announces Resignation

Ketchum, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - Ketchum City Administrator Gary Marks has announced his plans to resign. He will leave his post on Friday March 7. He said he will accept a similar position for the city of Lebanon, Oregon. On Monday Morning, Marks presented his letter of resignation to Mayor Nina Jonas. He has been with the city for six years.

Marks said, “It has been an honor to work with the Ketchum City Council and staff over the past five and a half years,” Marks said. “As I close out my time, I know the City will be in great hands with the City Council and Ketchum’s outstanding and talented staff.”

Specific transition plans have not been announced but the council is expected to build a search committee and make a temporary appointment while the position is filled.
