UPDATE: Man Arrested; Two Magic Valley Residents Injured In Crash
Gooding County, Idaho (KMVT-TV) A Gooding man is behind bars following a crash on Interstate-84.
Sheriff Shaun Goff tells KMVT Beus faces Aggravated DUI, DWOP, open container charges and had a warrant out of Jerome. Police say Ted J. Beus, 27, of Gooding was headed west in a 2003 Chevrolet Silverado pickup when he left the right side of the road near milepost 148. Beus overcorrected to the left and ended up in the median where the vehicle rolled. He was wearing a seatbelt and received minor injuries. Meanwhile, his passenger Lauren C. Jones, 21, of Twin Falls was sleeping at this time of crash and not wearing a seatbelt. She was ejected and received non-life threatening injuries. Alcohol is a factor in the crash. The far left lane was blocked for about two hours. Tune into Sunday Night's KMVT's News at Ten to find out what charges Beus is facing... Comments ( |
