Magistrate Judge Nicole Cannon Resigns
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Fifth Judicial District Magistrate Judge Nicole Cannon resigned on Friday afternoon.
Her resignation is effective immediately, according to a statement issued by Trial Court Administrator, Linda Wright. Cannon says, "I have the utmost respect for my colleagues and the people who helped me serve the citizens of Twin Falls County." Administrative District Judge Richard Bevan accepted her resignation and thanked Judge Cannon for her service. She was appointed as a Magistrate Judge in Twin Falls County in March of 2011. According to court records, Cannon awaits a jury trial slated for August 28th in Boise. She was cited for Excessive Driving Under the Influence on April 19th. Comments ( |
