Man Arrested In Twin Falls Charged With Thursday's Drive By Shooting

Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) A Twin Falls man is being formally charged for crimes relating to a drive by shooting early Thursday morning.

50-year James Scott Christensen was arraigned Friday afternoon at the county courthouse.

He's charged with aggravated assault and discharging a firearm, both felonies.

Police say Christensen fired shots at a home on 3rd Avenue North just after midnight Thursday.

People were home at the time, but no one was injured.

Officers say witnesses led them to Christensen, a little after 7 p.m. Thursday night, in the 1200 block of 8th Avenue East.

His bond is set at $50,000.

He's due back in court on June 22nd.
