NBA Adam Silver: Force Donald Sterling To Sell Clippers

New York ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - In a packed room, the NBA commissioner has called for the sale of the Clippers. Commissioner Adam Silver said Donald Sterling the Clippers owner will be fined 2.5 million dollars, will urge that he must sell the team and that he never be allowed to attend an NBA game for life. This after the owner admitted he was the voice on the tape in which he made raciest remarks against blacks.
Several groups are already stepping up with the desire to purchase the Clippers. According to CNN, the bidding war is expected to exceed $1-Billion dollars. Others say the amount may be upwards to $500 to $600 million.
Silver, at a news conference said “I believe the players will be satisfied with this decision.”
