TWIN FALLS, IDAHO (KMVT-TV) A small SUV crashed into Rolberto’s restaurant at 275 Blue Lakes North this afternoon possibly injuring one person. Medical personnel were on scene of the accident and could be seen taking one person out on a stretcher. The accident occurred around 3:30 pm today. The Red Scion was hit from behind by a Jeep Cherokee as it was turning into the restaurant then crashed through the front side of the building hitting some table and chairs.
The driver of the Jeep initially left the scene. He was found shortly after and returned to the scene he was arrested for Driving without privelages, leaving the scene of an accident and police say he had a warrant for a previous charge of driving without privelages.
Police are still investigating and an officer is at the hospital with the person who was injured.
