Three Arrested Following Theft of Hay
Twin Falls County, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Three Jerome residents have been arrested following a hay theft.
Officials say that at around 4:30 Tuesday morning, Twin Falls County Deputies were called to the area of 900 East and 4100 North because of a suspicious vehicle.
Deputies were unable to find the vehicle in the area, but later in the evening, a deputy stopped a truck pulling a trailer with a large bale of hay. This truck matched the description of the suspicious vehicle.
Upon investigating, the deputy was able to identify the owner of the hay and all three people in the truck were arrested.
29 year old Lindsey Lewis and 35 year old Brian E. Kimble were arrested for the theft of the hay. Lewis was also charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of paraphernalia.
The third person in the truck, Kaleb E. Lancaster, was charged with providing false information to an officer. He was taken into custody on a Jerome County warrant for failure to appear on possession and fraud charges.
