UPDATE: Suspicious Device Found Near CSI

UPDATE 12:50 PM -- The robot has removed the device and authorities have detonated what appeared to be a 6-inch piece of pipe that was capped at both ends. That happened behind some sand bags. There have been no injuries reported.

UPDATE: 12:12 PM -- Authorities are currently in the process of removing the device. Once it's removed, it will be X-rayed. At that point it will be determined what the next step will be. It may be detonated at the scene.

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - The Twin Falls Police Department bomb Squad is currently staged near the north view apartments on Washington Street across from the College of Southern Idaho at this hour. Currently, authorities are evacuating the building due to a suspicious device. According Josh Palmer with the city of Twin Falls, they received a call at 10:45 am after workers found a suspicious device in a bathroom of one of the apartments. Twin Falls Police, The Bomb Squad and magic valley Paramedics are on the scene. Authorities are asking everyone to stay away from the area. They are staging the residents who live in the complex in the parking lot of the Softball Field at CSI. Idaho’s First news is following this developing Story and will bring you the latest information as it becomes available.
