Twin Falls Police Arrest Fourth Suspect In Kidnapping
TWIN FALLS, ID (KMVT-TV) - After tense moments in a Twin Falls neighborhood on Wednesday, the Twin Falls Police have arrested a fourth suspect.
39–year–old David Altes of Twin Falls was caught by the police west of Twin Falls on Highway 30 around midnight.
Altes is behind bars in connection to the kidnapping of four-year-old Brandon Bearce.
He’s being charged with conspiracy to commit child custody interference.
Officers also arrested two other men and the boy’s mother in Blaine County on Wednesday night.
Luke Allen, Crime Prevention Officer, Twin Falls Police Department says, "they believe was involved in the partial planning stage and things leading up to the original kidnapping."

Twin Falls County Prosecutor Grant Loebs says Stefanie Contreras now faces an amended charge of child custody interference and burglary charges.
Daniel Thomas faces aggravated assault, burglary and conspiracy to commit child custody interference.
And Kelvin Milo, Jr. is looking at conspiracy to commit child custody interference and burglary.
They're all being held in the Twin Falls County Jail.
The preliminary hearing is set for December 9th.
