Strawberry Mint Bruschetta

1 Bread baguette
2 cups fresh strawberries, stemmed and chopped
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon fresh mint, chopped
2 teaspoon lemon zest
1 log of brie cheese, sliced ( Regular wedge brie can also be used)

Using a bread knife, cut the baguette into 1/4 inch thick slices. Place the slice in a single layer on a serving platter. In a medium size mixing bowl, stir together the strawberries, sugar, fresh mint, lemon juice and zest. Cover the bowl and allow to sit in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes before serving to develop flavors. When ready to serve, place slices of brie on top of the baguette pieces and top with a spoonful of the prepared strawberries. Serve immidiately.
