He's accused of stabbing Jerimiah Piaz, 24, to death last October in the parking lot of Canyon Crest dining and event center.
Lish,22, is charged with voluntary manslaughter.
During day three, the girlfriend of Jerimiah Piaz took the stand and began crying when she heard the 911 call of the night when her boyfriend died.
After the jury heard the call, Cayde Lish took the stand to tell his side of the story about the night of the stabbing.
Lish looked at the jurors and explained to them, he was in a panic and in shock, that's why he didn't call the police after the incident.
With evidence now concluded, the jury is expected to present a verdict to the judge on Friday.
The maximum sentence for voluntary manslaughter is 15-years.
If the jury finds Lish guilty with an enhanced weapon that's another 15 years.
