Albuquerque, New Mexico ( CNN ) - The public school system in Albuquerque, New Mexico is facing a class-action lawsuit over its treatment of students with disabilities.
In the last few years, Albuquerque schools have faced intense criticism for forcibly restraining students, sometimes with handcuffs.
Some of the more controversial instances have been caught on camera.
