Judge Orders More Than $1 Million Dollars Returned To Exotic Dancer

Upland, California (CNN) - A California exotic dancer has won her fight to get back more than one million dollars taken during a traffic stop.
Tara Mishra says she saved up the money over 15 years working at strip clubs.
Last year, she says she turned over the cash to friends to drive to New Jersey and invest the money in a nightclub.
The friends were pulled over for speeding in Nebraska.
Authorities saw the cash and mistook it for drug money.
Last week, a judge ordered the money returned, saying there is no evidence of drug activity.
Mishra's lawyer says she will eventually get it all back - with interest.
"In fact, it's earning more interest than it earned - which was nothing - when she had it in safety deposit boxes.
Mishra doesn't have the money back just yet.
KABC-TV reports the US attorney in Nebraska is deciding whether to appeal the judge's decision.
