Government Shutdown Puts Military Couple's Move In Limbo

Honolulu, Hawaii (CNN) - The government shutdown is having a costly effect on a military couple trying to move from Hawaii to Georgia.
Army staff sergeant Jessie Smith was reassigned last month but the shutdown has stalled her move.
Now, as Ben Gutierrez reports, she's paying out of pocket for housing until the stalemate ends.
