Los Angeles, California (CNN) The gunman charged in a deadly shooting at Los Angeles International Airport is out of the hospital and in federal custody.
Twenty-three-year-old Paul Ciancia left the hospital Tuesday morning and was taken by the U.S. Marshals Service.
No details about his custody status or location have been released.
Authorities say Ciancia opened fire LAX on November 1st, killing a TSA officer and wounding three others.
Ciancia was shot multiple times during a gun battle with police.
