By Joey Martin

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) A new survey shows that you might want to take another look at your social media accounts before applying to your dream school.

The survey released by Kaplan states that 31% of 381 admission officers say they check an applicant’s Facebook page or other social media pages to learn more about them.

That’s up 5% from last year.

Which is the highest percentage yet.

But you may not have to worry.

The number of admissions officers who say they found something that would hurt an applicant’s chances dropped 5% from last year, to 30%.
