UPDATE - A hunting trip turned rescue mission after a Boise family becomes trapped by a mudslide.
That's according to the Elmore county sheriff's office.
The family of four was reported missing Sunday.
The air National Guard found the group Monday Evening around 9pm at the grand bridge campgrounds.
Deputies say the family was taking a day-long hunting trip when they became trapped by a mudslide.

The Idaho National Guard says an Apache helicopter located the family at the Graham Bridge Campground on Forest Service Road 312 Monday evening. They landed and spoke with the family, but because the Apache is a two-seat aircraft they were not able to fly the family out Monday night.

Members of the air national guard were unable to airlift the family out, but they managed to get them a 'survival kit'.
Rescue efforts will continue Tuesday.

UPDATE 12:21 PM - Officials have released the names and more information about the search. Steven Rice, 34, Heather Rice, 33, and their two children, ages 13 and 15, had left Meridian on Sunday morning for a day trip in the area of the Middle Fork of the Boise River. They were expected to return at 4 PM Sunday. They were driving a white 2007 Nissan Titan pickup truck with Idaho license plate 1A TR344.

The Elmore County Sheriff’s Office has deputies in the area conducting a search for the vehicle and people. They are being assisted by Elmore County Search and Rescue and Idaho Fish and Game.
