Boise Police Investigate Overnight ATM Thefts

Boise, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - Police in Boise are investigating the report that two ATM machines were the subject of a theft.
Police received an alarm from a credit union in the 10900 block of West Fairview avenue at 1:55 this Tuesday morning. Officers arrived on scene to find evidence that someone had tampered with a ATM machine. The control panel had obvious damage but nothing appeared to be stolen.
Then at 2:42AM an alarm from a business on South Latah Street near west Alpine was activated. When officers arrived, they found an ATM machine had been stolen. A witness provided officers with a description of a vehicle possibly connected to the crime. Police say a pickup truck was seen driving away at a high rate of speed.
