Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) Popsicles and kick ball.

The College of Southern Idaho is taking a new approach to keep its employees active this summer.

Twice a week they do tai chi in the mornings, then another activity once a week.

Last week was making balloon animals, and today was a nice game of kick ball.

"One of the things we wanted to do was help the employees get out more often and get away from their desk, and instead of doing strenuous exercise we wanted them to just get out and play and do things they can do with their kids and just get out and have fun exercise for a little bit, enjoy the fresh air and enjoy the beautiful campus that we have," explains Scott Rogers, physical education instructor.

All CSI employees and students are welcome to join in the tai chi Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
