California Representative Jackie Speier Reacts To Vance Mcallister Kissing Video

Washington, D.C. (CNN) California Representative Jackie Speier says she'll introduce a bill to require all House members and House staffers to take sexual harassment training every two years.

This comes on the heels of an apology by fellow House member Vance McAllister.

The Republican from Louisiana was caught on surveillance video kissing a staff member.

"Regrettably this week, another of our colleagues was discovered engaged in inappropriate action with one of his staff. This is not the first time and it will probably not be the last time. It happens on the Republican side, it happens on the Democratic side. That doesn't make it okay," she said.

Speier says such sexual harassment training is already being done by more than sixty percent of American corporations.
