Colorado Man Dead Following Elmore County Crash

Mountain Home, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) A Colorado man is dead after a crash in Elmore County on Saturday. The crash happened on Interstate 84 near mile marker 92 about 7:30 pm Saturday Evening.

49 year old Jeffrey Jackson was killed when he lost control of his motorcycle. Jackson was driving his Honda motorcycle and was passing vehicles in the left hand lane.

After passing several vehicles, his motorcycle went off the left side of the road. He lost control of the motorcycle and was thrown from the cycle with life threatening injuries.

He was later pronounced dead at Saint Alphonsus medical center in Boise. Alcohol was not involved in the crash.
