UPDATE: Elderly Man Killed After Being Struck By A Car In Twin Falls

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) Police have released the name of the elderly man killed in Twin Falls after being hit by a truck. Seventy-seven year old Wallace Bernard was pronounced dead at the scene.

They are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident to call 735-4357.

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KSVT-TV ) - Twin Falls Police say an elderly man has died after being hit by a vehicle while crossing the road at the intersection of Falls and Monroe. The police say that Falls Avenue to Quincy and from Falls to Monroe were closed for about 2 hours while the crime lab conducted an investigation. The accident was reported at 10:51 am this Thursday morning. The roadway is now open, authorities say. The elderly man was struck by a white pickup truck. At this time the names of those involved are not being released. Idaho’s First News will have the latest as it becomes available.
