Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - A Filer High School Senior has donated 7 blankets to the Twin Falls County Sheriff’s office. Jenna Jarolimek made the donation as part of her senior project. The blankets will be carried by deputies in their patrol cars. They will be given to children who have been affected by an accident of a crime. Deputies say it’s often difficult when they respond to a call when a child is involved. They may have witnessed parents arguing or may be directly involved or injured in some type of event. Sheriff Tom Carter said, “Whatever the cause, a warm blanket to wrap up in and be comforted, is priceless.” “We’re grateful for her donation and commend Jenna for her compassion for the youth in our community.” She also donated 6 blankets to the Filer Police Department.
