Gluten-Free, Soy-Free Class Coming To Twin Falls

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Are you gluten intolerant and don't know what to cook? We may be able to help.

Next week local chef Jill Skeem is teaching a gluten–free, soy–free course on Monday.

She will be preparing three recipes from her cookbook, "Comfort Food Gets a Vegan Makeover".

Black Bean Sheppard's Pie, Polenta Fries and Split Pea Soup are all on the agenda.

Skeem adds, "all my food is as close to the original as possible without the saturated fat and cholesterol. So the people who've eaten my food say this is delicious, I don't miss the cholesterol, I don't miss the extra fat and that's the key to making healthy food taste delicious."

Make plans to check out the class Monday evening at Rudy's in downtown Twin Falls.

The cost to register is $35 and includes a glass of wine. Plus you get a 10% coupon that you can redeem at Rudy's the week following the class.
