Israel/Gaza Protest In San Francisco

By KMVT News

San Francisco, California (CNN) - Protesters took to the streets of San Francisco in a pair of demonstrations -- to speak out against the violence between Israel and Gaza.
They were flying Israeli flags and chanting slogans such as 'free Gaza from Hamas.'
Many of the demonstrators also held signs reading "Gaza is occupied by Hamas" and "Jews say stop bombing Gaza."

“They want you to think that this is being done in the name of the Jewish community and that all Jews support what Israel is doing and we are saying, as forcefully as we can, that we condemn what's happening in Gaza, it's against our Jewish values. It's being done in our name is just heartbreaking to us,” said Carol Sanders, demonstrator.

At one of the demonstrations, speakers read off the names of those who have died in Gaza since the Israeli military action began.
