Jerome School Bond Open House

By KMVT News

Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) An open house was held tonight at the Jerome High School to give the public a chance to find out more information on the School Bond Proposal.

The citizens of Jerome will vote on March 11th to decide whether or not to award the school district much needed funds.

Superintendent of Schools Dale Layne said the Citizens for Better Schools Committee put students first when addressing the districts needs, "I think the number one priority for the committee has been the safety of the students. With some of the buildings and the design the way they currently are, that was the first thing we tried to address.”

If you missed tonight's event, there will be another open house on the 27th at the Best Western Sawtooth Inn in Jerome.
