Ketchum Mayor Loses Election To Challenger

Ketchum, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Ketchum's mayor was ousted by his challenger.

Incumbent Randy Hall lost to opponent Nina Jones.

She secured nearly 70-percent of the votes.

Voter turnout was high across the Wood River Valley.

Bellevue, Hailey, Ketchum, Sun Valley and Carey all reported high polling numbers.

The City of Ketchum saw one of its biggest voter turnouts in recent years.

In Hailey, the flow of registered voters peaked and dropped throughout the day.

The unofficial results will now be reviewed and signed off by Blaine County commissioners.
