Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Cast a crew members of Les Miserables got to see their hard work pay off Friday at their opening show.
Burley High School and the Mount Harrison Heritage Foundation joined forces to bring the musical to life.
The show kicked off at 7 pm in the King Fine Arts Center at Burley High School.
The joint production has been in the works since late last year, and cast member Mike Ramsey said it's an experience you can’t find anywhere else, "It's always great to watch a movie, but when you're able to actually see a play in real life and have the actors right there, there's a different energy and emotion that comes from being able to be in a large room with a bunch of people experiencing it at the same time."
If you missed Friday’s show you have six more chances.
Shows continue February 22, 24, 27, 28 at 7 pm and March 1st at 2 pm and 7 pm.
