President Obama Will Travel To Landslide Site In Washington State
Oso, Washington (CNN) President Obama is scheduled to visit the site of the deadly landslide in Oso, Washington later this month.
The White House made the announcement Tuesday.
At least 33 people were killed when the earth shifted and gave way last month.
The president declared the area a major disaster April 2nd.
President Obama will meet with the families affected by the mudslide as well as first responders and recovery workers on April 22nd.
